muddybluewater
What are your water parameters? Are you still using well water?

Derek
How did you acclimate them? It's better to drip acclimate snails. Their shells keep increase the time it takes for them to get used to the change in water conditions.
Bill B
I'm sure there are those here that can aptly lead you through water parameters and acclimation. I would suggest you bought the snails because you have a bunch of hair algae but in fact, the water conditions which are leading to your hair algae are also what is killing your snails.
