There are 3 - 175w MH ballasts and 1 PC ballast. 2 of the PC bulbs are not lighting. These two are connected and am almost positive it's a wiring issue. It makes it easier to do business that way so that way we don't have to involve everyone in every little thing we have to say. In the last PM he sent you he stated that one of the ballasts was out.
