JamesL
Right now running 2 150W 20K MHs. 10am on 10pm off. Switching to 14k's this week, so will be reducing my light schedule to 5pm on, 10pm off and then slowly lengthening it.
innate1
When I switched to 14k's I toasted my green slimmer. I would recomend you start off with just three hours and gradually lengthen it. Just my 2 cents.

Robb in Austin
58g, T5. Usually, two lamps on around 9 or 10a, then add the other 3 lamps around 12 or 1p. At night I usually turn 3 lamps off at 8 or 9p, then the last two around 10 or 11. (If SWMBO is home alone, I think she turns all 5 on at 7a and then all off at 10p. Drives me nuts!)
