JamesL Posted May 22, 2009 Share Posted May 22, 2009 Mine are on for 12 hours, and I am not having any negative side effects. In fact, I have some ultra-bright green zoa's near the top of the tank that are spreading like wildfire. But then again, I am only running 300W MH total (two 150W bulbs) on my tank.
