For 2-part, you can either manually hand dose or use peristaltic pumps to auto dose with you if you have a controller. Like klwheat mentioned, you don't want to ever put both solutions together or dosed within the same timeframe into the tank or else they will react with each other and precipitate out. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have a pair of BRS 1.1ml pumps which do a slow waterchange on my 5g clown tank. one pulls crappy water, one adds fresh salt water. on my main tank, i have a BRS 1.1ml that dumps 50% vinegar/RO into the sump when ph exceeds 8.4 I also have a medical PCA pump dosing 20% everclear/RO... like .03ml/hr. I setup a jaebo 4-pump to dose alk,cal,mg... allows for more precise, slower/faster rate than your standard BRS. so... really depends Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

AlexMorsePremium Posted October 20, 2017 Share Posted October 20, 2017 I'm using the bulkreefsupply kit (2 peristaltic pumps) plumbed up to a half gallon of alk, and ca solutions.
