FarmerTy
How long did it take to transport the fish? What did you transport it in? Was the person's tank clean looking or dirty? Could either be asphyxiation from lack of oxygen during transport or as you described, popeye.
Sascha D.
Popeye is not a fatal disease. A week in clean water usually does it. Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 2

FarmerTy
Looks like popeye. Like Sascha said, it'll usually resolve itself in good quality water.
sosik
It's not contagious to other fish is it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
sosik
Anyway thanks for the help Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sascha D.
Its not contagious. Technically its possible but lite probability. When one fish has it then it could be a singular bacteria infection or dirty water. If more than one fish has it then its bad water quality.
