Like the title says.. What fish have you had the longest in your tank? Same thing with coral and invertebrates. Please post pictures so we can see- also would be neat if there was a when you first got the fish/coral to its current state.

Got it from your brother so when your tank is ready, I'd love to pass a frag back so it stays in the family.

No pictures here either but my oldest inverts are two nassarius snails that are 4 years old.

Oldest fish is clowney, she's 6. Raised her since she was the size of a grain of rice.

Oldest coral is a zoa, had it for 12 years now.

Here's the corals I can remember having the longest. My first coral from a group buy was the Tyree green-polyped toadstool. That was fun and how I met a lot of the first ARC friends I made smile.png

Now, after years of cutting frags off of it:

Soon after I got this lithiophylum undulatum frag

I've had this group of hidden cup corals just as long and they were hitchikers

Those corals and a couple others have been with me through many tanks.

My oldest inverts are 2 types of snails close to 5 years old

My female darwin is something around 23 years old. Previous owner had her for 16 and they got her from someone else already grown. I've had her for about 5 now.

Inverts, I have a BTA that's been in my tanks for 6 years and has never split. I consider this a small victory in itself.

That's a great picture of the toadstool with the over-reaching gorgonian in the background. Gorgeous framing!

Definitely a beautiful picture. You tank looks pro Kim!

Oh wow, thanks for the compliments :) That means a lot coming from you guys!
