luis5413
Hey guys my name is Luis. I live in lubbock but im originally from austin. I started reefing while in lubbock but go to austin quite regularly. I wanted to say hi, i normally buy fish and coral from austin for myself to bring to lubbock. I want to meet new people and would like to trade frags and equipment. I mainly wanted to introduce myself and say hi. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk

+BobcatReefer
Also, that's a REALLY long drive for fishies and tank critters*. I used to have Lubbock in my territory and would make that drive once a month or so. Nothing like driving 6 hours to be greeted by a sandstorm! *I'll assume that's not the sole reason for your trip, but still...

No. All my family lives in austin so i go visit every other month and while there buy most of my fish and corals there. Mainly from the aquadome and just reefs since i stay in south austin. luis5413
The reef hobby here is very small with a few from home sellers that rip people off and one lfs that hikes everything up at least 50 percent. Ive been doing pretty good frowing acans and raising maxi minis for a while and wanted to see if there was an interest if i brought the stuff i grow and frag to austin when i come and visit. Im not looking to make profit but just enough to keep my hobby going. Ive started to enjoy the process of growing corals more than just having a fisplay tank. Im also open to trades. Sascha D.
I think you'll find people to trade with in Austin. You'll need to be a premium member to use the classifides, but the ride isn't bad if you put the animals in a cooler. You could also plan your trip around our meeting times to make things easier. FarmerTy
Click on the store tab at the top of the page and you'll see where you can purchase a premium membership. It'll list all the benefits of the card as well.
