Hamp
So, i resealed my tank with API aquarium silicone two days ago. It says that it fully cures in seven days. Should i wait that long to fill it? House has aqueium stuff everywhere and all my livestock is in a makeshift tank.

FarmerTy
Yes, definitely wait the full 7 days. Too early and it could rupture or leach toxic chemicals into the water killing everything.
Jynxgirl
I suggest waiting as well. I once resealed a 180 gallon that leaked. I know your pain of having fish junk everywhere but better to be careful. Depending on where you sealed it (outside vs inside), I might even suggest giving it a few extra days due to the temperatures.
Isaac
I'd wait 7 days after it stops smelling like vinegar... This seals/dries from outside->in. For the super paranoid, make a test bead, somewhere away from a seam, you can pull/scrape off to test.
