Gig 'em @ NDstructible
Anyone seen these before? Just checking out my pod tank last night and these guys were all over the place. Sorry for the lack of Ty-quality music, I'm not that fancy. Edited April 17, 2015 by mFrame (Mike) embedded video
FarmerTy
And turn your phone sidewise! Bwahaha! I had those once in a fish-only setup at the house when I was a kid. They never did anymore than that and stayed in the polyp stage... at least from what I could remember back then. Eventually they fizzled out. That's pretty cool to see! Gig 'em @ NDstructible
Maybe just a species of dwarf jellyfish? Or maybe they need more food to survive to adulthood? I'll do my best to keep them alive to see if they turn into anything!
Gig 'em @ NDstructible
I think I've identified them as medusa hydroids, Not nearly as fun and exciting, but at least it's been a successful identification!

Cladonema jellyfish +1, +1 looks like some hydroids and cladonema in there.
