+brian.srock
Some people just take longer to hit puberty. I'm sure Meg will be excited when it happens.

Dan H
Meg decided to pull out all the frags to clean that section of the sump and reorganize... Looks a look better and not so cluttered.
Dan H
Every time the Mandarin comes out, you just have to stop and watch. What an amazing fish.

Bpb
I'm amazed at how happy all the corals look despite the tank being so young. What is the wrasse in pic 3? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Dan H
They're looking fat and happy. Is the coral beauty doing better?Yes! Her face is healing up well. The wound is almost completely gone now thankfully. I'm amazed at how happy all the corals look despite the tank being so young. What is the wrasse in pic 3? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Thanks! Keep in mind this isn't our first rodeo so we probably were able to get it going faster than most and not have as many noob mistakes. We're actually really getting traction on the SPS now. I've had to increase the CaRX almost every day for the past 2-3 weeks just to keep up. It's pushing through about 500% more effluent than only a month ago. The Wrasse is a Labouti. Pictures don't do him justice. Just stunningly beautiful in person. Gig 'em @ NDstructible
Dan, if I'm not mistaken, your stand had magnetic triggered LED strips that turned on whenever the doors were opened. Can you tell us which ones and where you got them from?
Dan H
I used these: http://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00NWGQVP2 They are connected to my Apex via breakout box. Seem to work decently. My only complaint is that I've managed to bump my head into the switches quite a few times while working around in the sump. In hindsight putting the switches to the far inside of the doors would have been smarter. Now I'm too lazy to move them.
Jimbo662
I use the same switches on my cabinets. they work great and really easy to set up.
Dan H
Apparently there was a Trochus convention in the corner of our tank. Normally a few park there during the day but 8 is a new record.
