FarmerTy
I was just at Petsmart and found these tongs for only $10. I bought my Coralife ones for $20 and had to wait to get them delivered. Pretty much the same thing except the Petsmart ones come in a matching color to my tank and at half the price. [emoji57]

Makena95GT
183 and Ohlen? I figured you lived closer to the Parmer&35 store
FarmerTy
Kind of in between so it just depends on where I'm headed most of the time.
Makena95GT
Nice! Well darn. I worked 4am-11am today. Hopefully those tongs work well. Top Fin has found its way to my "tends to fall apart" list after a while
FarmerTy
It's built exactly the same as my Coralife one and that's stood the test of time so I'd imagine the same for this one.
Makena95GT
I hope so. Top Fin be sneaky with random cheap parts. But our return policy is super lax. You can walk up to the register.. light it on fire.. then return it for your money back
Sascha D.
I've been using the Coralife one for a couple years. One flaw that I don't like is that the shaft gets a bunch of water into it and has to be drained before it spills all over the floor. Are the Top Fin ones the same? FarmerTy
Yes, it still has the same flaw. But to circumvent, I just hold the tongs for a second out of the water and then move directly to a towel afterwards.
Sascha D.
I do the same thing. I don't imagine we could get around it no matter what tongs we use. I just like to avoid the accusing eyes, if you know what I mean.
