+boognish
I am looking for an RODI canister lid with both inlet / outlet ASAP. My inlet fitting busted and is stuck inside the threads, rendering it useless...
Juiceman
are you saying that the fitting broke inside the top of the canister? they sell those fittings at home depot if you can get it out
+boognish
It did break break inside, but I could not get the threads out of the lid and messed up the lids threads trying to extract it... good times.
Juiceman
hmm, Id say to see about buying a whole canister from River City, Aquatek, or maybe a generic one from Home depot. I believe the LFS may carry the BRS ones. Home depot for sure would have your standard water filter one. I'm not sure how different they are though. mFrame
Did you ask Timfish? He has an amazing junkpile.
+boognish
I did not... I just bought a new canister and lid from The Filter Guys... I talked to 2 different suppliers and both told me that nobody sells lids on their own because the manufacturers in China cannot agree on a standard thread and all are different. Which makes sense. I had an extra lid here that wont fit my canister. I got free water from another member to tide me over till it gets here.
