mFrame
Don't do it!!! wait another 2 years for LED to become on par with halides. LEDs have been on par with halides for a while now. Just about any of the industry standard LED leaders will be fine. I've had my clams under BML LEDs for years.
Timfish
T. squamosa probably around 15 years old, purchased in 2004 at 5"-6". Initially T5's but switched out to DIY led light bars about 4 years ago then added a couple BuildMyLED fixtures over a year and half ago. It's getting an average of 100 PAR (Apogee).
