FarmerTy
Breaks my heart. He was so beautiful! I have no clue Juiceman but that doesn't look good... almost looks bacterial in nature.

mFrame
Stings or abrasions? Did you notice him rubbing on rocks, etc?
jestep
I would bet those were just rub marks and not the actual pathogen or whatever that killed the fish.
Juiceman
It was in a qt. just PVC pieces

haze152
From all the research I have done online my best guess is bacterial. I did stop by a LFS the other day that had a blonde naso exact same spots. The guy at the fish store said his best guess was bacterial as well. In my case it weakened them so much the got ich and lost the battle.

JCAB
I was at Aquatek on Friday and noticed they had a naso with white patches similar to yours (I think). Maybe they can give you some info.
BBReefer
Did all of the fish die in the tank? Might try looking at velvet disease..
Leakytree
I had a powder blue tang that had a similar issue. Dark black blotches all over its body. I used some melifix in a qt and it seemed to clear up. However, the fish starved to death before it started eating again.
