Richard L
Neptune is one of the few companies that you can talk directly with the manufacturer/programmers so I'd give them a call and just knock it out over the phone. I remember it was painful to get the unit up and working then it just works.
Bpb
I stand corrected. I do have a plug on the computer. Was fairly hidden. Trying to update firmware but it keeps timing out

Bpb
ok so I got it all working again, got my outlets all programmed, browser up and running. works on the ipad and iphone here at home. i'll worry about port forwarding later. got my wireless bridge configured on my computer. should be recognizing it. but now my browser cant find it anymore with the wireless bridge plugged in Scratch that. just needed a reset. It works!! The oscillating fan I had plugged into my skimmer outlet even waited 2 minutes to come on after it was rebooted. Woohoo it works! Bpb
Tanks 2 year birthday coming up. Love this apex. Can y'all believe in my entire time in the hobby I've never actually checked my temperature or ph. Not once. Just trusted the heater. Can't complain about these values
