Makena95GT
I might have something. I'd have to look when I go up to the school again. I know I had a lot of fixtures at one point then some "dissipated" and some are a little weird now. But I'll def check.

nvrEnuf
How big is the tank and what is it planted with ? A lot of plants do fine under a "plant light" sold at petco or petsmart. This is what I use in my QT which has macros to assist in maintaining low nutrient levels. The macros grow just as well as they did in my sump, whether there is fish in the QT or not. The fixture can be found on CL for usually 10-15 dollars depending on size.
