Jason & Amber
So I set up my probes last night and today my PH was at 10.3 on my apex I tested it on my test kit and it was I would say 8.6 or 8.7 but that is also the max. I had been dosing alk was at 8.3 now at 9.5. I read I can add vinegar to bring my PH down but how much should I add I have about 200 gallon system volume? Also do y'all usually have the temp compensation turned on on your apex? What else can I try to bring the PH down? victoly
Calibrate your probes before you take corrective action.
Jason & Amber
Thanks for the fast response, I calibrated them last night before in stalling them. Is there a way I can verify my calibration, Maybe stick it into the 10.0 solution and see what it shows? haze152
Can verify by sticking probe in a solution of your choice just make sure it is new solution
