PeeperKeeper
So I'm in DFW looking at a frag of bright orangey red setosa. Small nub for $35 but the mother colony is very bright. I hadn't seen this kind of coral around ATX so wondered if its unusual. Sorry no pic, but I don't have that app that let's me post from my phone yet. Chris/Ozarka said he has one that's called Tyree pink. They didn't have a specific name for the one I'm looking at other than setosa. Should I get it? I like it myself, but if its common and $35 is high price, I can wait.
crendon2003
I have a couple frags of setosa one is very bright orange another is pinkish orange. What lighting is it under. They both look nice under my t5 and also my halides. What size of a frag is it?

Juiceman
Setosas are always pretty high priced
PeeperKeeper
They were under 400 MH's. I have 2 250's and 4 54W T5's on my 75G. If the same thing can be found here at ARC (or other LFS's) occasionally, I'll just wait and get some from y'all sometime. I'll b back in this area with my daughter's horse judging and horse shows too occasionally.
+o0zarkawater
I have a couple small frags from Jeremy (offroaddodge) that I think are Tyree Pink Setosa. It looks like Vu (Vietspride) just sold a small piece of Orange setosa, and has sold them before if you search 'setosa' in the for sale section. You might want to PM either of those people and see if they can break you off a piece for a decent price.
offroadodge
pretty common, I have a rather big colony. When I bought it way back, I paid premium for a little 3/4" piece...and yes it is TYREE
PeeperKeeper
Ok thanks guys. I didn't buy it. I'll put a WTB up in classifieds unless someone here on this thread has some to sell. Just PM me.
