Juiceman
Check this out. It's been getting bigger but he eats normal and acts the same.
slowwrx137
This has happened to one of my clowns before and it went away on its own (lasted about a week). I made sure to add vitamins/garlic to their food.

Brooks
The bump on mine went away after the first week, too. I didn't dose anything. Just let her be and it healed on it's own.
Timfish
If it ends up staying around for several weeks and looks like it's getting bigger it might be Lymphocystis which should clear up on it's own in 2 or 3 months. It is viral and technically contagious but usually it takes some form of stress to spread.
