aggieMEDIC
Start your build thread in the contests section. I should be starting mine soon as my tank arrived yesterday. I see dead people. Then I bring them back to life.

+brian.srock
Where's the tank build thread? Got the tank all up and running. Actually I'm just holding some groupbuy items in it but it does look pretty sweet with the minimalistic look to it.

scubasteve92
Hey everyone, I can't wait to start my new little piece of the sea! Was wondering if anyone was interested in going in with me on a bag of sand. I know, its not much savings, but I only need 5lbs. and if 3 other people were interested then we could get a 20lbs bag and split the cost. I am located in riverside and wouldn't mind dividing it up. I understand that the budget is deducted by what you use, just thought I could save a couple bucks. Text or pm, 903-216-3390 Joshua

Gig 'em @ NDstructible
Is it only limited to salt water or can we throw in a freshwater planted pico too?
Stephen
Fresh water pico would be really cool.

Gig 'em @ NDstructible
I'll probably post the planted pico I've been building for my office if only to add some diversity to the mix.

aggieMEDIC
Water test done tonight. Used it to house some corals while I did some work on my DT. Dont worry its dry now. I love this tank. Its going to look great. As far as the goal. Its to have the one voted the best by your peers and some judges (who have yet to be determined) I see dead people. Then I bring them back to life.
jestep
I'm interested to see what 6 months does. That's not a lot of time to start from barebones and get something established and healthy and actually get growth and stability. We'll see though.

Stephen
Man, I need to hurry up and get on this. You guys already have your water ready?!
jestep
I sure don't. Still debating with myself on what type of rock I'm going to use. I do have the tank, sand, heater, and lights. But, I need to build the LED fixture and figure out how to hang it. Hopefully it will come together at some point.
