APEX LED Dimming, What am I doing wrong

Recommended Posts

Just to add to this, or make it more confusing. I picked up my light and purchased a manual dimmer, tried it out in the shop there. Light was on full. Plugged the dimmer in and it dimmed down to the lowest setting about 10%. Was then able to turn it up to max, or where ever you want.

I'll provide pics once I get it on my, OH SO EXCITING.... empty tank tonight. lol

look at the driver again. are you sure you want to be plugging into output 10v (yellow?). Are you sureyou aren't going into green?

Either scenario for v2:

White/Orange Stripe (cat5) -> Purple (driver)

Orange (cat5) - yellow or green (driver)

testing with a 9v batt ian your idea doesnt work, interacting with the ground and any wire produces nothing, only by putting it the way stated above dims

When I cracked open my keystone jack It wasnt wired right, when I put it at orange to purple orange white to yellow in A format I can now dim the light by applying current.
