(Bio)³
I got premixed in North Austin, otherwise you can go get RODI water from heb in 1 gallon jugs, some places like water windmills have rodi but check the sticker to see when the filters were changed. I keep 10 gallons of SW premixed at 1.025 and 10 gallons of RODI water on hand at all times. If you can not find what you are after and want to make the drive up here just bring a jug with you. George Monnat Jr
Fishy business is open until 9. Yep, Fishy Business has good salt water (I believe Kent Marine) for $1/gal and RODI for $0.50/gal (IIRC).

+Grog
So the machines at HEB are RODI? How much per gallon? I usually use distilled as my base.
sifuentes31
I get water from HEB in 5 gallon jugs. The water outside in the dispenser is RO/DI. It is the Glacier Water Machines. I was sceptical at first but checked it on line and it says its RO water. They even use UV sterilizers in the machine. Great for me so that i won't have to drive to a LFS every week. victoly
I can confirm that mike. I've had to use it in a pinch, prior to getting my own RO system. It does have low TDS, but not zero.
+brian.srock
I used tap water for the longest time so I'm sure you using RO water for a water change one time is completely fine.
sifuentes31
I've been adding it since the beginning with no I'll effect but knowing that now I'll probably stop.
