+o0zarkawater
This fixture came with a tank that a friend of mine purchased, and was in use up until about a year ago. I tried it on my tank, but decided that 500W MH is a little much for my 55gal. This is an old Energy Savers Unlimited fixture (ESU was bought by Coralife). It has dual 250w MH w/ ballasts and dual 110w 48" VHO. I can only get one of the VHO to fire. I don't know if its something in the wiring, or if its something wrong with one of the ballasts. The fixture is metal with black paint over it. the paint is flaking off and should probably be removed and re-painted. The interior or this thing is just painted white, no reflectors. Its not a pretty thing, but it makes light! I tried to get some info from coralife about this fixture, but they didnt have much info from the old ESU equip. Wife wants it out! $80/obo No warranties implied or expressed, Sold as-is. The large box houses the dual MH ballast, and the smaller box houses the VHO ballasts.
