How recently was the video made? Specifically, was everything totally complete?

That's amazing. Turned out identical to the original sketchup. How easy is it to get into the top/sides?

Thanks! There are three doors on the top, three on the bottom. I wanted unobstructed access to the top of the tank so the middle top door is hinged. All of the other doors simply pop on and off using cabinet clips. The middle top door is really heavy since it is as wide as the tank. Therefore we hinged it from the top and installed gas springs (like on a car hatchback) which effortlessly raises and holds the door open.

Robb...Robb...Robb...

Unless a refugium is of large size compared to your display tank, it won't do much for nutrient control.

While we could have used the adjoining garage for a 55g+ Fuge, we decided against it due to the hot Austin summer weather

And clearly, this tank doesn't need the refugium.

I've haven't been by Richards but have heard about it from multiple people. I had to go find the thread to see.

Gorgeous tank and awesome build all around.

I would love to see a recent full tank shot as well as your frag tank. I might have to make some coral purchases from you Richard just to stop by and check everything out.

Very impressive...I don't think I will ever be able to look at my 65 gallon "frag tank" the same again.
