It has 2 ballast which run 5 T-5 bulbs, right now 4 whites, and 1 Atinic, with 3 extra bulbs. There's a separate switch for 2 of the 5 bulbs. All are working well, but the canopy is too tall for what I have space for. It needs a little cleaning but would be ready to plug and enjoy.
