Finally got all the main parts to my tank, will be filling the tank with RO water tomorrow and aquascaping with 20lbs of dry reef-saver rock and 20lbs of dry pukani rock from bulkreefsupply.com(will by some live rock later this week to seed the dry rock), and will have dry special grade reef sand for the bottom. It will be a LPS/SPS dominated tank with just a few fish Equipment: *Tank 36x18x16 *stand *canopy *T12/VHO retrofit kit with 3 96watt bulbs(1 super actinic, 2 actinic whites) *ASM mini G skimmer rated for 80 gallons *20g sump *pump ****Will post more pictures later on****** Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Will Posted May 24, 2011 Share Posted May 24, 2011 the overflows will handle about 700-800 gph (i have the exact same ones from Shane) but if your gasket/bulkhead starts leaking like mine did you will not be able to remove it without removing the entire overflow box (which i had to do fyi, as one of mine started leaking).
