Timfish
I guess it doesn't say much about me that I'm posting this for all you degenerates out there. Any way it was pretty much blind luck I caught these Yellow Stone or Zoanthiid Polyps expelling eggs. The lights were set to turn on at 1:00 PM and turn off at 1:00 AM, the tank was also in a dark corner of a hallway where it got very little indirect daylight. I happened to start cleaning the tank mid morning to find all these bright orange eggs floating around. They kept at it for roughly 2 hours and pretty much stopped by the time the lights would have turned on. While I'm sure it's not common it wouldn't surprise me if this is happening somewhat regularly in our tanks when our backs are turned.
