chrisfowler99
Nice to see some shots with the Sigma macro. They look great! It's one of the ones I keep looking at.
+dapettit
Nice to see some shots with the Sigma macro. They look great! It's one of the ones I keep looking at. I would also like to test drive a Tameron 90 and the Nikon 105 VR. I can't convince anyone to let me borrow one. I have a Nikkor 55mm f/2.8 macro I bought in 1980. It works on my D80in manual mode) but I can't get close enough to the corals. It's great for outdoor shots!
chrisfowler99
I've read good things about the Tamron, the Sigma and the Nikon. Seems to be some level of consensus that the Nikon may be overkill with VR. I'd take any of them.

+dapettit
Seems to be some level of consensus that the Nikon may be overkill with VR. I agree I'd just like to see the glass. If I could fing an older AF lens I might just by it!
