+mcallahan
I think I have a K-1 hanging around.
Bill B
Perhaps I am assuming something that is not the case, but I don't believe Koralias are suggested for wavemakers like the JBJ or Red Sea. I don't know about the more expensive ones because I have never investigated them. I think one of the issues is that every 12-20 seconds or so you would have that loud rattle that Koralia's make when they first start. I am guessing this is also not just an incidental noise but a stress on the powerhead everytime time it starts. This probably results in much shorter life, if you can live with the noise, even. FarmerTy
I think VWMike was getting rid of a JBJ Ocean Pulse Duo a couple weeks back. Might want to check with him if he sold it or not already.
mFrame
Yes, I still have the Ocean Pulse Duo for sale. I was using it with Koralias. If you use stock Koralias they will knock for a few seconds when they start up, but you can do an easy mod with a piece of airline tubing that will get rid of the noise. PM me if you're interesting in buying the Duo.

RRTXCube
Do the Koralia 1's and above behave differently than the nano? I've had a nano for a while and never heard a noise or anything.
