Brooks
+1 Mama! My tank would love good aquascaping!
muddybluewater
Looks like there are lots of places for corals. Nice job Matt.
Meteorflower
Neat! That's some good-lookin' rock you got there.
JamesL
I really like the layout! My only concern is that it looks like some of those bottom pieces are really close to the sides of the tank. This will make it hard to keep those areas clean.
mhart032
thats guys, and seahorse your right. i thought about that after i did it. but i figured id just use a razor for the hard to reach places. the tank is not all that tall so it should be ok. if its get to be to bad ill change it a little.. thanks again for the comments. DaJMasta
I know it's sort of counter to the whole design, but you've given your shy critters more than a few places to hide. I wouldn't count on seeing a lot of the creatures that only come out at night for example very often at all. I have a fairly simple line of rock in my tank with relatively little depth and they are hard enough to spot as it is It is a nice looking tank though, and it's a great setup to display corals. doktorstick
Having stuff too close to the glass is a newbie mistake I made. Now I have a thick bit of coraline algae obscuring part of my scape because of it. I don't have the energy to redo it, though.
mhart032
razors work well on coraline and the tank isnt deep so its easy to get at, and im far from a newbie. but thanks for the heads up.
Kkiel02
I really like the layout! My only concern is that it looks like some of those bottom pieces are really close to the sides of the tank. This will make it hard to keep those areas clean. That was the only thing I noticed too. Other than that it looks good.
GKarshens
Is that piece in the front, center, bottom just laying on the sand in front of a cave? If so I would move it to make the cave be more visible, and add visual interest. Other than that I like it.
