    It wasn't Julian Sprung but similar. Omega One algae sheets... you can find it in Petco. They sell red, green, and brown algae sheets.

    I don't know about the cyclopeeze but for the spirulina portion of the recipe, I opted to use NLS Algaemax instead.

    I'm sad I missed this. My family detained me for my birthday and I wasn't able to swing by... at least it was an enjoyable detainment... there was cake! Haha.

    Agreed. I've never had an issue with asterinas eating zoas unless they were declining in health already. That doesn't mean that some zoa eating types aren't out there but I've had literally thousands of asterinas in my tanks as well as thousands of polyps in my tanks and only the zoas melting away already were "attacked" by the asterinas. To me, they were doing their jobs... cleaning up the decaying/dying matter.

    Have you tried taking it to Roger of Tunze by my house? He's usually pretty good with being able to repair equipment.

    I see the mesenterial filaments from the SPS when I feed it but it's hard to quantify if it's really helping. I like to believe it does so I keep feeding it. [emoji57]

    Thanks guys! I had an official morning birthday wish from my fish affectionately referred to as "the girls" by my wife as well. I'm ready to attack all my fun birthday activities, such as emptying the skimmer cup, replumbing the chiller, and raiding the RCA first Friday Sale tonight. I'm living the "tanked life". All in! [emoji15]
