    Bleaching

Thanks for the idea. Hmmm, unless my apex is acting up I can rule that out. I have a notification set up for a pretty tight window. I do get a little cooler right after a water change, like 1-2 degrees cooler for less than an hour. Think that's enough? Not at all... Hmmm... Your lighting schedule hasn't changed at all?

Temperature is another possibility Kim that I can think of off the top of my head.
  3. Check out my for sale thread. I think the only thing I'm out of right now is the screaming green birdsnest. They were pretty popular at the February meeting and I'm sold out.http://www.austinreefclub.com/index.php?/topic/36071-FarmerTy's-Frags
  4. Looks like some of the mouths are still alive and attached. It may still make it if you leave it in the main tank. If you think it's too far gone, then I'd remove it entirely and dry it out in the sun. Otherwise, as it decomposes in your sump, it'll cause a nutrient spike in your tank and those usually cause an algal bloom.
  5. Everything in this thread is good.
  6. Don't you need partner to help you with it?I wouldn't really call him my partner but he helps me kick back with a stout all the time.
  7. I love this club! Thanks Sam! I hope that magnet mount works out for you!
  8. That's a late brunch! I would have already passed out from hunger.

  11. All of the anemones that I have had that split on their own had short tentacles on the split side until it fully healed.+1
  12. Oh, that absolutely makes sense! Glad they set you straight and you're running some good lighting now!
  13. It might just be that timer. You have another one to test?
  14. You'd be surprised how well some corals recover. What light were you using before? Pectinias usually don't need a ton of light.
  15. Be prepared for a fight Juiceman. It may be as easy as just cutting the silicone but some braces have a additional reinforcement to help hold that brace in place. Good luck sir!
  16. I like how the final aquascape came out!
  17. You just need the magnet mount ur the whole pump as well. I have both either way. I'm a stout man myself but again, not needed at all. Still have plenty of frags so come check it out. You have a PM.
  18. The only urchins I allow are the tuxedo urchins.
  19. Agreed, frag and reglue. At least you found a culprit!
  20. Thanks BorntoHula for the mention. I sold all the encrusted ones I had left in the past week and I have another batch of them but they are all destined for swap in New Orleans... Not me going there... I wish!I'll try to make more after next weekend when my frag tank clears out a bit more. I sell them at $40/inch. They are a minimum of $80/inch online. 21. I think I have one somewhere you can have for free. I won't turn away a beer though but not needed in the least. [emoji4]
  22. Are these ballasts new to you? Have you ever had a working bulb on them? What wattage? I've had the flicker on then off before, it was always the bulb in those instances.
  23. Wow, that looks real nice! What kind of lights are those?
