  1. Sorry for your loss Mike! Sounds like he had a good life.
  2. You've been working out Mike! Nice! You could always charge me per post. You might be able to retire early.
  3. Not haliochoeres but coris... And I live in Northcental Austin... so close enough on both accounts I say. [emoji4] http://www.austinreefclub.com/index.php?/topic/36605-Cleaner-wrasse-and-Female-Hawaiian-Elegant-Wrasse
  4. He kept penguins in his 215 gallon.
  5. I just use Tapatalk. You can post pictures straight from your phone.
  6. Does that get mailed out? Never got one here. If you pay for shipping they get mailed, otherwise you can pick them up at any club event. I'm still a bit backlogged so if you're waiting on yours ping me and I'll prioritize yours. Is there not a shipping option where you ride on horseback and deliver it? I'll pay extra to see that one Mike! [emoji13]
  7. Very cool dimensions! Got a picture?
  8. Dapetit used to mail them out, not sure who does it these days. They also bring them to the meetings usually for pickup if the person happens to be going to the meeting. Maybe Mframe will see this and let us know what's the procedure these days.
  9. I can charge people to feed it when they come over! Thanks for the suggestions Sascha! I love my female leopard wrasse! I'm probably aiming to not keep any halichoeres wrasses as I don't want them to destroy my acro crab population. Those crabs are about the size of an M&M so I was aiming to stick with smaller fairy wrasses. There's no surefire guarantee that they won't try to eat them too but at least they have more of a fighting chance with the fairy wrasses.

Nice! What happened to the idea of the one rock extravaganza?
  13. Agreed above, looks like bryopsis. Pull the frags and dip in diluted hydrogen peroxide (70% tank water, 30% peroxide) now before it spreads through your entire tank like the plague. I think it's time to invest in some test kits. You need to know where you're at to diagnose any potential conditions to correct. I'd recommend Ca, Alk, and Mg to test for foundation elements and NO3 and PO4 for nutrients. Luckily Red Sea has a foundation elements kit you can get that covers Ca, Alk, and Mg and you can pick up their NO3 and PO4 tests as well.
  14. I'll go against the flow and say get an Ocean Revive T247B. You'll get more par for your corals, better light spread, and less of a spotlight effect than from a single Kessil. An extra bonus, it's also $40 cheaper.
  15. Still want to borrow my Reefbrite full spectrum 48"?
  16. Well hurry up and find one so I can get a frag. I'll make an exception for that LPS!
  17. Dan has the newer par meter that's able to pick up the missing spectrum with LEDs so I'm curious as to what his meter reads on KimP's setup.
  18. Is that even real? I'm seriously asking? Anybody seen one in person? I don't trust dealers these days and their increasing command of photoshop.
  19. Sounds like good times but that's my wife's birthday.... so after the palytoxin debacle, I think it's best not to even mention anything about reefing that weekend. Have fun everyone!
  20. That's so photoshopped! My frag looks nothing like that.Where do u keep it at? And do u get a frag from RCA? I keep it on my desk under flourescent lighting from my ceiling fan. The one and only RCA Everlasting Reverse Burn Candle!
  21. That's so photoshopped! My frag looks nothing like that.
