Yes, that and rinse everything well first as some stores will use nitrates to help preserve their seafood. I rinse everything like crazy, only buy from whole foods or central market, and freeze it thoroughly before serving. It's been awhile since I've made any but that was my process back in the day.

I had plague like populations in my 125-gallon with over a 1000+ poylps in my tank at that time. Never had an issue. Though that also means I may not have had a predatory one.

She's about 6" but she's a yellow belly hippo = spendy spendy. Not sure if you were looking for a yellow belly or a regular one. I have watched the price going up on the Hippo tangs for months now. Surprisingly they have yellow belly tangs on live aquaria for 89.00. I have seen small regular hippos for 125 in local stores, go figure. Blame that Dory movie!
