  1. We are upgrading to a 260 and will be combining tanks.
  2. Thanks guys for all of your helpful advice. I will start playing around with my camera and post some of my pics later. I knew that I would get some great advice.
  3. I know this doesn't help, but...YUCK!
  4. Bump...pic added. If purchased by Friday, I will take $250.
  5. Hey guys, the pics look like I took an old Polaroid camera or a 110 and scanned it in. I've seen point and shoots that look much better. Belinda has taken some beautiful outdoor shots of plants, butterflies, etc so I know it can take great shots. There are SO MANY different settings it's hard to know where to start. Then there's the lens. If the coral isn't right by the glass, the shot is horrible. Here are a couple of pics. They lack the details I see in a lot of pics, nor are they as close as I would like it. I realize that photo editing software can make a difference but I would think it all starts with a good photo. Thanks
  6. I was wanting to see if someone out there could give me some pointers on my camera. I have a Nikon D40X...thing is...I must not be doing something right , as my pictures aren't coming out as good as they could. I would really appreciate some help. I don't know much about the camera. I just use it to play around with. Thank you for your help in advance.
  7. Gonzobob had the same great idea. Even loaned me a skimmer he wasn't using. I saw the skimmer 4 sale, thats why I trying to sell my small tank Lol.
  8. I would also consider a trade for a skimmer that would work on a 200+ gallon aquarium or a nano wave box.
  9. Thanks Mark, I will keep an eye on them. Thanks...Belinda
  10. We still have some. LMK when you are interested in coming out.

  12. Okay...I was waiting to see if my Superman zoas would open up. A couple of polyps look like they are trying to open up, but still haven't, the remaining polyps on the frag have not budged. What do I need to do?
  13. Welcome Jeepguy, You have come to the right place. This is a great place for advice and meeting great folks. We have some frags for sale. We are getting ready to upgrade tanks and are selling stuff that we have multiples of. If you are interested in coming out, let me know. There are a couple of guys in the Killleen area on this board. Once again...welcome and enjoy. Chad~n~Belinda
  14. We used a pet sitter. She used to own a saltwater tank some time ago. She works for a vet clinic, has great references, plus she has watches animals for people at the Sheriff's Department. I completely trusted her as she was very knowledgeable. She even sent me a text and let me know how all the critters were doing. Upon our return, we came home to find treats for the cat, plus a check list of what she did while we were away. She also brought in the paper for us and vacuumed the mess that my birds made on the floor. We used her for two days to feed our animals plus take care of our tanks, including top off and it was only $30. I would highly recommend her and will use her again. Anyone interested in her contact info, please send me a PM and I will forward her information. Thanks, Chad~n~Belinda
