They were talking about this new park being open year round... but thinking about it now, I wonder if they mean like the Christmas thingy they do in the New Branfeuls one....
+1 on fighting conchs being a great addition to a clean up crew. I have a smaller Tonga conch (similar to the fighting) that likes to bury in the sand an peek his eyes above the sand. My larger fighting on mainly cruises the sand bed. They are one of the few critters that will eat cyno.
And stick with the fighting kind, the conchs that get large (very large) are predators!
Merged the three meeting picture threads together. Sorry if it blurred the posts out of order, but now everything is in one place.
Great pictures guys Sad I missed the meeting, but I got tied up helping a friend move.
There, looks a bit better. Though I think I accidentally lost a few prices on some items. Sorry about that, but either re-post those prices, or people can contact you.
Hmm.. I looked at the code behind you post, and there is a lot of formatting weirdness. I can clean it up some, but I do not see any links to pictures. Where you also trying to include pictures with your post?
We recently went to T-Bone Tom's in Kemah, TX (south of Houston), which was featured on the DDD. The signature marinated steak was good (not really sure it was worth the price), but the Armadillo eggs were great! Deep fried jalapeno's stuffed with brisket... yum!
It took me 11.5 years living in Austin to finally make it there. It was great! Basically, the thing to get is the Don Juan. Oh, and I have been told by many people, do NOT get the fajitas
Oh, and watch out for Juan, he has a mean handshake
Very awesome when fish feel comfortable to spawn. The only downside is the extra aggressiveness ... my talbot damsels get feistier when they are spawning (ok heck, they are always feisty ).
I understand about losing a favorite fish, especially a very active one. I lost my jawfish a while back ... and the tank is just a different place now.
Go the caferacermike route, and add 50 emeralds in
Or, you could stick with just 1 or 2. I had 1 in my 75g, and it removed the all the bubble algae I had (I only had a few small patches).
