  1. PM me George, we've jacked the hell out of this thread
  2. you can get it from me when you swing by, I'm picking up mitch's.
  3. Just got a message from tapatalk support confirming Chris' observation. Seems I wasn't crazy after all!
  4. I think we're thinking push means different things. When I say push, I mean that a red "1" pops up on tapatalk when I'm not currently in the app. Is that what you mean?
  5. ive uninstalled, reinstalled tt1, tt2, made fake accounts with fresh settings on here, and still can't get it to work. I've messaged the tt developers to see if I can figure it out.
  6. Check temperature, salinity, and then (NH4, NO3, NO3). After that, youre pretty much at the mercy of carbon and water changes if it's a water quality issue. If it's a health issue, you're into a whole other rabbit hole.
  7. 100% of submersible pump heat is transferred to the water. As for reactors, what all are you running ?
  8. Awesome. We'll see how this first round goes.
  9. I'll have to document my experience. Maybe we can work together !
  10. I'll make a running list on top, nothing is set in stone, no one owes anything at this point, obviously. Just to keep a tab running.
  11. Don't go mag man. You've clearly got top notch equipment and taste. There are more energy efficient pumps that produce less heat with more flow (and consequently higher cost). You can always valve them down, and tee off for reactors and such. http://www.marinedepot.com/ReeFlo_External_Low_Speed_Pumps_2000_Gallons_Per_Hour_Higher_External_Aquarium_Pumps-Reeflo-MM1125-FIWPEPOH-vi.html
  12. Just spoke to dan, he won't have his list ready till closer to ship time, but his pricing is generally $25 per SPS frag, $50 per chalice frag, which is pretty **** competitive if you ask me.
  13. I just asked him if he could give me a general price list. For those who looked at link 4 and saw high prices, keep in mind that's a 3rd party reselling his corals with corresponding markup. I would assume that the prices for us are going to be lower in general.
  14. victoly

    Sold

    it is submersible.
  15. i have tapatalk 2 also, and I get notifications from other forums, so i feel like it has to be a setting that I've screwed up here, and not on the mobile. It looks like our notification options are very similar though.
  16. Its kind of an economy of scale thing, especially for the DI resin. You need reactors (which I ordered) to efficiently remove the crap that you acid-ed/based out, in addition to the chemicals, and RODI water to rinse.
  17. So thats like 2 frags right? Probably so, and you're so jelly.
  18. if you're looking for value frags, this dude is probably not your guy. He's militant about quality/health, and that translates to a little higher price IMO. Like I said earlier, Dan is one of the best I've ever encountered.
