  2. Agreed on the quality if it. It's the best out there IMO. Not sure if this batch changed over time (I'm about halfway through it) or the whole batch was whacky.
  3. Interesting. The alk seems low more often than not. they're advertising 11-12 on the box and only one responder has it in that ball park, but only when mixed 1.030!
  4. Once your tank matures that 0.05 is going to be more like 0.2. Totally agree on the apex.
  5. What test kits were yall using ? I did salifert for mg and ca and Hanna for alk.

  7. It's a different kind of noise. The tunes have more of a click and woosh. The ecotechs are more of a whining whirr.

  12. I got around to testing a fresh batch of RSCP last night, as every WC was dropping my alk/ca, and I found out why.... The batch was mixed to 35 ppt. 7.73 Alk 385 Ca 1450 Mg Has anyone else tested a fresh batch?

  15. i used an IR on mine. its kinda finicky about reflective aluminum
  16. put a thermometer to em all, interested to see what kind of heat the lumias and the PS crank out.
  17. the other option is to melt them in ro before you put them in
  18. two on and offs per day shouldnt be a big deal at all. I'm jealous of that setup though with the auto feeder!
