  1. +1 Don't let then touch and run carbon. No issues here as long as these are met
  2. I'm going to sell one of mine once I get a chance to install my carx
  3. mixing in small cup with a wood skewer. Once to a thick sticky form, I use my hands to apply to the points where the rocks meet and add as needed until I've hit every part that touches.
  4. Starting to take shape! No Corals are mounted, just sitting until the time comes.
  5. 2 EVO 150's would cover a 4x2 square for LPS. I'm going to sell mine once I switch to all Build my LED. I have them hung and they're kindof heavy. Great for LPS and Softies, the grow SPS but lack the extra color spectrums for great coloration for SPS in my Opinion.
  6. I think you're fine if it never goes under 75. Better to run cool than run HOT.
  7. Rockscape continues I put the first 2 scapes in. The Corals are just sitting for now until I finish all the scapes.
  8. Ill get something. Probably 80$ worth. I'm ordering from divers den so it will change based on what's available then.
  9. No Ill effects to any Coral or Fish from the rockscape being added to the tank. Trying more scapes and seeing what I can come up with. Not as easy as it seems
  10. Roland needed something and was too late for mine today. Rchavez
  11. Something was out of stock on BRS when I did my order. Anyone still need something cause I'm going to place another order by 2:00!

  12. Don't ARC and Drive! LOL
  13. The rockscape cured with other live rock and some soft corals and zoas in my 100g tub for 24 hrs each time I added a new rock. So total cure time for most of it was 5 days at the least. I saw no ill effects to the umbrellas and the accidental SPS frags that are in the tub, so I went for it. I made sure to add fresh carbon and GFO to the tank last night to be safe too. No issues so far! "Knocks on wood"
  14. Updated, and some prices reduced!
  15. I have my 40gal breeder that will just be sitting in my garage. It was my sump. Needs a good cleaning/scraping to make it a show tank. Ready to roll as a sump. No baffles etc. $30
  16. It's time to put the new sump in!!!! Yikes! Our plan was to get it behind the tank and push it under I between the braces in the back. Surprisingly worked well. Next tanks was to finally add my valves and some other trimming to the returns and overflows. Ok, the plan was to use the ladder against the wall as leverage to push the tank back towards the wall. It worked well to move the tank, but the wall didn't like it..... Any handymen here wanna help me fix this? I have no clue what to do... Anyways, the sump is in, now filling the tank back up and adding the extra live rock that I have so far. Also added my first rock scape! No catastrophes! Knock on wood. I'll tell you what, anyone know if I can remove the center brace from my dsa 100 sump. It would be very convenient if it wasn't there!
  17. I cut them off all the time. No worries.
  18. The Hydraulic Cement is working very well. Here's my first rock structures that i've made. I found it hard to make much unnatural formations and have the rock stay there long enough to cure and hold. I'm going to try some more risky stuff and see what happens as I go!.
